In the last 30 days we published a survey for our users to complete and it is now time to share results.

The survey was structured with 4 general questions about usage at the beginning, 5 questions to rate our services, 8 to rate the most used modules in the platform and 2 final questions to write feedback and leave suggestions.
The survey was anonymous.

- Participants are 50% new customers (less than a year) and 50% between 1 and 5 years.
- 90% of participants use our platform daily.
- 20% of participants publish as hobby, 30% use Opennemas for their business, 50% use it for business but also have another professional activity.
- 80% of participants rate their overall satisfaction grade between 7 and 10.
- Top 5 words that people associate to Opennemas are:
- Easy to use;
- High Quality;
- Reliable;
- Useful;
- Good value for money.
- It was great to see that nobody associate Opennemas to words such as “Low Quality”, “Like many other services”, “Not practical”.
- About Opennemas services:
- 82% of participants rate our Technical Support between 7 and 10;
- 78% of particpants would purchase Opennemas again;
- 61% is recommending Opennemas to colleagues and friends.
