Are you tired to have to remember all the names of user and passwords of the web services that you usually use? OpenID Is the solution you are looking for.

OpenID is a decentralized system of digital identification which an user can identify in a web page and can be verified by any OpenID server.

OpenID: It identifies you. Only with an ID provided by GalizaID you will be able to access to all the compatible services with OpenID without having to create a new user. You will avoid to fill tons of register forms.

Relax, to start using any compatible service with OpenID you will have to be identified with your name and your password in GalizaID.

What personal data is in those webs I authenticated by OpenID?

In your first authentication the web will open a page of GalizaID asking your OpenID auth. The web page will load your identity and you will be in without any irrelevant questions.

Can I change my password?

In the account TAB you will be able to change your password whenever you want.

Each user of GalizaID have a public profile which gather information about your web services: youtube, flirck, last.fm, blog, twitter, etc.

How can I set my avatar?

You have to use Gravatar to configure your profile avatar.
